The History of Punk Playlist 55 & 56: Addiction, Trauma, & Mental Wellness

On 3 December 2015, Scott Weiland passed away. A talented musician who lived with addiction, Weiland’s tragic story was unfortunately all too similar to many others.

The show (#55 & #56) originally aired on CJSR from 10-11AM MST on Monday 7 December and Monday 14 December 2015.

It tells the story of both popular and obscure musicians who struggled with addiction, trauma, and mental wellness issues.
